Learn Scratch with the Library

Learn Scratch with the Library In-Person

Have you ever wanted to be able to make an online game or a piece of digital artwork? Do you feel like you might not have the time or patience to learn? No worries! Scratch is just the program for you. It is easy to learn and fun. Scratch is a computer coding program that allows you to make games, digital artwork, storyboards, and more.

Because Scratch is free, anyone can use it. You can make as many projects as you like and be as creative as you want. All skill levels are welcome!

Morgan, the Harnett Librarian, will teach you how to create an account, use the blocks, and show you how to make a simple project.

Interested in attending? Be sure to register! If you can't make it but want to participate, email Morgan (mpruitt@cccc.edu) and she will set up an individual tutorial for you!
